I pruchased a Immersion Whale wrist watch from World of watches, It was poorly packed and rattled in the box, when I sent it back with a broken crown they told me to send it to SWI with 10 dolars, I sent it to them and then recieved a bill for forty four dollars to fix it. I then called them and was told there was no return policy and no guarantee only on the movement and that the winder and crown were not part of the movement.
I paid them but they are crooks and have the morals of a pack rat. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford shams like this one, so watch yourself and let the buyer beware when it comes to these folks, I'm also a veteran, a former US mail carrier and a retired Longshoreman I have always worked hard and don't appreciate being taken advantage of and I am publishing this complaint as a warning to the general public Let The Buyer Beware of World Of Watches
