Purchased a nice Seiko automatic watch for as Christmas gift for husband.Christmas day, the watch does not work!

Had a VERY difficult time getting through to World of Watches Customer Service...be prepared for long waits, disconnects, rude employees. So, my brand new watch needs to be sent back to the company for repairs even though it is clearly defective because it was beyond the 30 day return policy. Sending it in for repairs in a lengthy process and you pay each step of the way.

No replacement as they don't even have the same watch on their site anymore.It's a good deal IF you get watch that works but BEWARE of their policies on returns, repairs, etc.

Monetary Loss: $100.
