Purchased watch for Christmas and the battery doesn't work. I returned immediately with insurance and tracking.I contacted them on their website twice and they still haven't responded (days later).
Called customer service today and waited on hold for 30 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back (hit option to place an order) and was told they couldn't help me but would relay the message. Customer Service Rep said that customer department was really busy. Yeah right!
i don't recommend this company at all, go through Amazon or 6pm instead. They are quick to take your money but other than that they are slow.
