They (WOW) cancelled my order, did not return my money and lost over $500 in WOW perks. I bought over 75 watches from them over the years, and now this is how the reward you, they disappear.

No way of contacting them either. No one answers the phone, the websites down, yet I keep getting advertisements to buy more watches. What about al the warranties on the watches I already bought? The worst part is that over night they were gone.

I am sure their employees are as happy as the costumer they stiffed.

Can someone help to get my money back? I will not buy or recommend them anymore Really awesome company.

I too have purchased 10+ watches from the site. LUMINOX, TW Steel, Bulova.

Fast shipping and always able to speak to CSR if I called. HOWEVER my two most recent purchases were as "Stress Free Payments"; for which I have been charged monthly for 1,2,3 of 6 so far...Wonder if those will continue to be processed until I've paid off each watch?
