May only be a dead battery but poor business practice. Yet to get it fixed.

No reply to my inquiry. Makes you think this is done intentionally. The price of watch with new battery now cost me 25% more. Very disappointed as this was going to be a gift.

You would think they would check that the watch was working prior to shipment. It's very doubtful if I will purchase from the same vendor in the future. Really annoying getting a new watch that doesn't work.

I had same problem from someone else recently. It was solved quickly and fairly.
